AA Sushi Zambezi junction Montana
Took my daughter there for her birthday, what a mistake! Very unfriendly and rude staff. Sushi ordered, that i never received but it was on the bill. When i asked to speak to the manager i was told that the manager was not available and i had to wait for the manager to return. How do you run a restaurant without a manager present? We dined in, but the waiting time for your food as a dining in customer is ridiculous, the only explanation i received from the staff (without a restaurant manager present) was that "they are understaffed, that is why we had to wait so long for our food orders" When the manager eventually appeared, i told him about my complaints. He was very rude towards me and even shouted at me... Is AA Sushi restaurant franchise a mafia run institute? I refused to pay for the item not received and paid for the food that i did received. As i was leaving the restaurant another "customer" stood up from his table with his partner and started verbally assaulted me, telling me that "they were regulars their, and started making statements that i was a ***** by not paying for the food" THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, I DID PAY FOR THE FOOD THAT I RECEIVED BUT IT IS MY RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER RECEIVED! The manager stood there with a smile on his face as the other customer verbally assaulted me, doing nothing to stop the other customers behavior towards me. The manager even tried to push me out of the restaurant! Everything is on there security cameras! Is this a mafia owned restaurant? How do you treat your paying customers this way, and get away with it?
