He targets contractors telling them he will pay them at the end of the week after the work is completed.(It's been just about a year now and still no money,Calls blocked) I am one of many that fell for his trap. His own staff has told me there are different contractors he ripes off every week.

He forced us to use terrible products that force the customer to pay again to come to repair the work that the client has already paid for. He proudly brags about when the customers don't want to pay the settlement amount (Due to terrible quality) He has "A GUY" that he calls if they don't pay that gets the money no matter how the client feels about his work.

He will bombard you with Big jobs he has done and lots of smooth-talking. Do yourself a favor read hello peter and have a look around all the red flags are there(No social media, Number changes, address changes, His wife takes the calls claims he is unavailable, If you go to the factory in Durbanville and ask to chat about payment methods as they always plead poverty she will scream and shout and make threats till you leave the property)

I wouldn't want anybody to suffer the losses he has cost me, Many other contractors and the poor clients that trust him with their money.
