Awning failure

<p>AA Shades installed an awning at our house at the end of 2009 - 7 years later the stitching holding the panels together has totally disintegrated leaving gaping holes. The company representative did everything to not accept responsibility and said that all the fabric would have to be replaced as they could not stitch it back.</p> <p>That the thread which hold the panels together on an outside awning should fail after 7 years is totally unacceptable.</p> <p>Shame on AA Shades for not standing behind their product!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
