Unhelpful and Terrible Service

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. With four different properties, they did not even once answer the phone, then after calling from several different phones we finally got to someone. She promised us we could sign the contract for a place after viewing it and that they would hold it for us. After a few hours, they called back and said they gave it to someone else. They claimed we gave them the wrong info after we gave them the street address as well as the price and reference number of the place. They accused us of trying to waste their time. If you want to work with these people at all, DON'T! Horrible, horrible, horrible service and not helpful at all.
