Not Trustworthy!

In October 2018 we ordered a bullbar / bumper from Nico Maritz ***ner of AA Off-Road). My husband (trusting as he is) paid the full amount upfront. After many months of struggling to get any information or correspondence from them he finally sent it to us. We had to pay for the courier costs from South Africa to Namibia. When the bumper got here it was way to big. He then came back and said that there are two different types of Navara's. The Italian and the Spain apparently. That is why there is a difference. We have continued asking him for the new bumper, but it is so difficult to get any answers out of him. I then started spaming him on all his facebook posts and then I got a reaction from his friend Bryane. We created a group on Messanger Chat and we got to an agreement that we will send the bumper back. He will then sell the two bumpers and refund us before end of December 2019. Now they just went silent again. We are not getting any feedback. Nothing! I do not want anyone else to fall into the same pit we did.
