Fridge not repaired and guarantee not honoured

We found details of the supplier in Yellow Pages assuming they were reputable. They came out on 29/12/2015 and repaired fridge and charged us R1590, however, within a few days the fridge was still not cooling. After several calls they committed to sending out a technician to check the fault. To date no one responded. They then ignored phone calls. The landline number is also out of service. On our last attempt to contact them from a new number on 18/02/2016 the lady we spoke to said that they have sold to new owners and then conveniently hands the phone over to someone else to talk. The so called new owner says they cannot guarantee the work and wants to charge us again for a call out and repaid. <br> <br> Poor service!! Bad attitude!! Does not honour guarantee!!
