Why professionalism important.

<p>"Let me cut a long story short, I haven't seen your face before....... Find yourself a new driving school!!!" those were the last words I heard after Shahied(MANAGER OF DRIVING SCHOOL) hung up on my phone call. <br />Prior to that I had called the driving instructor at 9:30 am which was the time I had allocated with him and he said "I'm attending to another client now, OK bye" no explanation no apology. Really unprofessional for a school that has been open for so many years.</p>
