Poor workmanship and Overcharging

This Mr Abrahams is quick to take you money but delivers a poor product when building. He does not finish nor do any snags. Once you have paid him he runs away with your money and stops answering calls and messages. The latent defects discovered after he left totaled a significant sum of money but AA Construction was no where to be found. Do not pay this man and make sure you hold at least 10% retainer. He is friendly until he has taken your money
