RUDE - Ineffcient Company -DO NOT USE THEM

On 12 August 2015 - AA 1 Stop plumbers were called out to fix a water leak in the wall. This cost R1696 that was just for leak detection and for no work. This was paid immediately. The plumber had to submit his job card in order for me to get a quote for the work. This was not done by 3pm so I called them asking if I could recieve my quote so I could get a plumber out today 13 August 2015. I was told someone would call me back. This did not happen. I then called this morning 14 August 2015, at 7:24am and told that I would be called in 1 hour. At 11:10am I called again as I had heard nothing back. I was told everyone was still in a meeting, and eventually spoke to a Wayne, who was extreemly rude to me, like it was my fault that they had taken so long to prepare a quote. I cannot fathom that service suppliers would be rude to their custoimers and be so ineffecient that they cannot even get a quote out in 12 hours. I am still sitting without water.
