*********** leak detection test On the 23 January 2020 1 stop plumbing came out to unit 220 Blue Lakes Estate to perform a leak detection test. After spending an hour or 2 they concluded that the leak is due to a problematic shower drain and waterproofing. A few weeks later i decided to repair my shower only to find out that the leak was in the wall all along and not as 1 stop plumbing stated. They have now wasted both my time and money on such ********** services. After explaining this to them they agreed to refund us the money for the test, (They even advertise water leak detection test, with a money back guarantee). Christo Nel the manager has agreed to pay the money as we discussed on the 13 March 2020. Its now the 19th March 2020(no payment received) and when ever you try to get hold of Christo or anybody that could assist they are forever in a meeting or not at their desk. Absolutely appalling service.
