poor customer service delivery

My name is Nonkululeko, I bought a bulk of items at A5 Sizabantu Cash & carry Victoria Street Durban on Saturday 24/08/2019 for my child's market day. I am very disappointed to say that on Wednesday 28/08/19 A5 Sizabantu Cash & carry Victoria Street Durban refused to accept back some of the items we bought as we went over the budget. Items are still wrapped including things like key-rings, which the store identified as jewellery. This is very poor service from A5 Sizabantu Cash & carry Victoria Street Durban and this matter should be resolved with immediate effect by management as this retailer recognizes themselves as Sizabantu which means help the people, this is clearly not what they are doing and they should abide to the Consumers protection Act.
