I'm so disappointed

Good Day, my name is Thandazani Dlamini, I bought man's gloves at A5 Cash & Carry in Pietermaritzburg on the 18/06/2020, when I was in a taxi I felt so cold and wanted to put them on, I realized immediately that the gloves were torn, today 19/06/2020 I returned the gloves as I read the return policy said items must be returned within 10Days but they refused to take them back and said the return policy does not allow that. I read the return policy again but it doesn't say anything about the return of gloves/winter clothes except for the underwears for hygiene reasons, gloves are not underwears.

I am so disappointed with this kind of service that I received.
