Bad service delivery
<p>This is a tutoring company that cater for a multitude of disciplines in primary school, high school and university subjects. So I thought I would give them a chance and purchased hours in advance from them for tutoring. After my first session with the tutor I was not very happy with the service delivered and I informed them about the situation and asked if it is possible for a refund. It took a while to come to an conclusion but they confirmed on the 26/04/2017 that a refund was possible. Now after severial emails the refund was still not made and their excuse this week was that they have test week. If your a company promising to provide a services I really think that is not a fair excuse. I previously had ask nicely about the progress on everything but it is over 3 weeks now and I would really like my money back.</p>
I wish there was an option to change the rating to extremely poor. They are not a very well-put together company or very organized. I would not recommend them to anyone ever! They refunded me today, after more than 3 weeks but they even refunded me less than the original amount with an amount that doesn't even make sense.
