Disgusted by the Service – Nothing Fixed!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from A2Z Appliances. They came out to “repair” my fridge – did some work, said the issue was sorted, and left. The fridge only worked briefly and then stopped cooling again.

When I followed up, I was told the fridge switching on and off was “normal.” Now, after I've already paid, they suddenly say I need a compressor replacement – something that should have been diagnosed from the start. So what exactly did I pay for?

This is unacceptable and feels like I’m being strung along. I requested a partial refund because the job was not properly done, and instead, I’m being told I now need to spend more money for an issue that was overlooked.

I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They clearly misdiagnosed the issue and now expect me to pay again. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.
