*****ulent Fridge Compressor Repair

On the 3rd of January 2023 our fridge compressor was replaced by Vincent Tanganyika from A2Z Refrigeration. We felt confident as A2Z Refrigeration states that their compressors have a 6 month warranty. Before the Easter holidays of 2023, our fridge stopped functioning again due to the replaced compressor no longer working. As the compressor was still under warranty, we contacted Vincent from A2Z Refrigeration to come and assess and provide repairs needed. Upon arrival and assessing the fridge, he stated that the compressor need to be replaced yet again with another one at an additional cost of R 1500.00.

We re-iterated that the non-functioning compressor was still under warranty and should be replaced at no additional cost. Over month later, A2Z Refrigeration has still failed to replace the compressor regardless of promising to do so numerous times.
