Our washing machine was getting clogged so we contacted ABC refrigeration, the branch at Kempton park.

They instead referred us to Vincent from A2Z Refrigeration.

He came and assessed and the first thing he mentioned is our pump is "gone". He said it's overheated. He charged us R1800 for a new pump, when I saw him take a new pump from his car it wasn't even in a wrapper. Then he charge us R500 for cleaning the pipe, which he did not do a proper job at all because stuff was still coming out of the machine when he left. In total, we paid R2300.

So the machine was making a really vigorous and funny noise. We contacted Vincent, he played the wild goose chase and just kept telling us to re-run it and re-run it. We have re ran 3 times and still the same outcome. He said he'll come the next day. For 3 entire weeks, he intermittently replies he will come today. He ignores my calls. Ignores my messages.

This guy is obviously a service of empty promises, *****ulent, preys on first-time customers hoping to rip them off by telling them they need "replacements" assuming that's what he makes his money off.

We contacted the agency, ABC refrigeration services, Michelle and Chris. Both are equally irresponsible, not taking accountability, same pattern of saying they'll call him. Chris said he's scheduled another technician to come, and until today nothing happened.

This is an entire *****, a pattern of lying, cheating, dishonesty, gaslighting. DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICES.
