Unprofessional and unreliable

I contacted A2Z services to do repairs on a aircon and they confirmed the appointment. On the day I sent them a reminder and after they did not arrive by later the day I called and asked what is going on. They said they are on their way but they never pitched up.

They never rep****, said they are sorry they cannot make it or called to reschedule.

If you want to waste your time use A2Z services.
