Disgusting customer service

These guys installed an aircon unit in my bedroom and connected it to a plug point in my house which overloaded the plugs. They also did NOT make sure that the box where the wires were connected was waterproof so every time it rains the wires trip my DB board. When I requested they come and rectify the matter their response was ‘get and electrician.’ Absolutely disgusting customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them at all!
