On 10.05.2022 I bought a Pantum printer M7100 Series.After numerous calls, it was delivered,at the end of November 2022, the technician installed it however he didn't know how to operate the machine.Until today, 10 months later, the machine is not working.A2PAy switchboard operator has no idea how to help me
