The guy is called Raymond and got him out to fix my oven. He replaced a certain part and I paid him for his service. Turns out the next day that the problem was not fixed. Phoned him for the next 2 weeks. He promised me 5 or 6 times that he is on his way to my house to fix the oven but never pitched up. After that he never took my phone calls again and ignored my messages.
