BAD Service Pravinas Pavillion

<p>Please Read: PRAVINAS SALON PAVILLION - Of recent i went to flat iron my hair once a week of which i was being charged R120, i once came 15 minutes of which i had the cutesy to call and inform im running late and the the front desk staff (old man & young man with a man bun) was very rude to me when it came to pay and charge me R160 i told them each time i came there ive paid R120... plus the staff that washed my hair did not complete the neck massage as the lady was told by the manager IM LATE she must hurry... bearing in mind i was there 16:30 and they close 19:00... and there was still people coming after me to get hair washed...</p> <p>I then booked an appointment with Pravina herself of which she told me what time to come... this morning i get a call just before my appointment to be told she is not coming in today, then asked the lady can someone else color my hair which i was quoted R1800 and she says she will take notes from Pravina on the phone on how to color my hair, i asked how can i trust my hair will come out right if she will be taking notes on the phone... this lady says she has 17 years experience... i asked her then why must she be tutored on how to color hair if she has so much experience... i did not even get to complete my sentence when she passed me back to the old man of which i asked that Pravina calls me and they did not bother again....it is very disappointing when i wait so long for an appointment with this salon, you are treated like a number like its mass production and the front staff can argue with you and get away with it... I WILL NEVER go back there again.... they have no sense of customer service or can even trust in them to just do a color and stand in for thier boss... please share my post to create awareness of what a BAD salon this is....the staff act as if they doing you a favour when they not especially the old man in the front he needs to retire!</p>
