A1 PANEL SHOP

After repairs done on our vehicle in January 2026, fully paid up by our insurance company, we have now been waiting since 22 January 2026 to have the decals and badges replaced on the back of the vehicle. This was on back order for 5-7 weeks since 22 January; however when I followed up 7 weeks later on the date for final completion of the job, A1 started to give me the run around. 6 whatsapps, 15 emails and a few telephone calls later, and we still have received NO confirmation of when we can expect the job to be completed. I am getting zero responses. This the worst client service that I have experienced in a long time. I do not recommend anyone taking their business here. The worst is that this is a company recommended by Discovery Insurance. Discovery should seriously reconsider who they contract to.
