A1 financial financial services device and funeral cover from vodacom no follow-up whatsoever

Sign up for device insurance 2 months ago have not received confirmation email nor has debit order gone off a month ago they signed me up for funeral cover including free legal colour and same story I never heard from them again I need these two products and would appreciate their feedback on the email address *** Or was this just a **** to get my banking details???
