A1 Construction Nelspruit

<p>A1 Construction built my house in Nelspruit and all seemed like they did a good job, 5 years had passed when most of the tiles in the house started lifting. I reported this to Mark Mason the owner who convinced me that there was a problem with the adhesive. When I got other tilers in to sort the issue out given that 5 years had passed and I assumed I had no claim on the original contractor it was brought to my attention that the tiles were put down with the minimum amount of adhesive possible and from expert advise from CTM and another reputable tiler this would sooner or later be a problem. At a great expense and inconvenience I have had to replace most of the tiles on my upper level. Please be cautious of such latent defects due to short cuts ithat building contractors take. </p>
