AGREED TO SELL MY CAR AND DIDNT PAY ON TIME

I took my car in to be sold we agreed on a figure, he sold my car and paid a small amount with excuses of money to follow. I had to call him every day to chase my money knowing he had sold my car a month prior and only when he had sold another car and after calling again on numerous occasions and threatening legal action did i get the final payment!<br> <br> I eventually got paid in drips and drabs and in the meantime my car had already been sold. Seems A1 promise to pay when vehicle is sold which is fair but they do not keep their word!
