Untrust worthy

A1 was responsible for towing our vehicle to their site. Due to some confusion, our insurance company did not attend to the claim but held us responsible. R9000.00 was claimed from us by A1 for towing and storage which was paid in full. <br> A1 did offer us assistance in the repair work at a cost of R6700.00 a written quote was submitted and accepted by both parties in our presence ie. A1 and ourselves and furthermore A1 confirmed no further charges will apply<br> <br> After we left, two hours later, the quote was changed by an additional R7000.00. When questioned Biancia refused to listen, but advised me that I cannot afford and do not have the funds available, instructed me to collect my car or else storage fees will apply.<br> <br> How does A1 operate ? her rudeness and attitude stinks <br> <br>
