on the 30 Oct 15 I was involved in an accident. All dazed and confused I was given a phone to be told that A1 assist is a Discovery approved towing company and someone would call me in the afternon to let me know where my car was. On the Monday I called Discovery only to be told they knew nothing about it and it was an unauthorised tow. I think it is disgusting that they prey on injured victims and and lie to fet their hands on your vehicle. I also had some of my possessions ****** out the vehicle. Clearly they are are not only ***** but ******* as well. A1 assist will never ever tow another vehicle of mine and I will be sure to let everyone I know how unetjical and rude they are as well.Sharon and Ronel are both *****.<br> .
