Treachery and ********* by A1 Assist Towing

I was in an accident on the 20/01/2016. 1st to the scene was a tow truck driver from A1 Assist and guys from Proline Auto. When they asked who I am insured with I told them,the guy from A1 assist assured me that they do fall under their service provider but I refused that he should tow my car. However, he called someone who professed to be from my insurance, the person requested for my cell phone, Car registration and my ID number while on the phone the person told me that he authorized and I should let A1 assist tow the car to Proline Auto to Wynberg , and he will call me back. Later on, I call my insurance, however I was told they know nothing of such, it was a **** claim by A1 assist I should call them to drop my car back. I tried calling them but unsuccessful. The next day I went to Proline Wynberg to take my car, A1 Assist and Proline charged me R8037 before releasing my car. I was intimidated by them and rudely treated by a lady called Bianca at A1 Assist offices at Roodepoort. A1 Assist and Proline Auto guys are parasites feeding on vulnerable accident victims. They need to be stopped and brought to justice for their *****ed ways of doing business.
