TOWING *****S

A1 Assist tow truck driver pretended to call my insurance to get an authorisation number - at scene on Witkoppen Road on 29 October. I even spoke to some fictitious call centre person to confirm my details.<br> The staff at their offices perpetuate the lie by giving you a refence number for the tow.<br> I now have to pay a R3500 towing account because it was not an authorised tow.<br> The office manager informs me that I should have read the small print on the back - I now get her attitude. What are you going to do about it???<br> They are ******* and ********** and should be avoided at all costs - effectively they ***** your car and then your money.<br> Please warn everyone not to use their services....
