Towing of vehicle from an accident scene, under *******and false terms & conditions

I was involved in an accident on Thursday morning 28 Sept in Roodepoort. I was asked where the vehicle should be removed to and I confirmed a Panel Beater in Strydom Park. I am in possession of written proof. The tow truck driver has *******ly moved it to Industria and from there they towed it to West Rand Panel Beaters in Roodepoort which I did not request. A friendly warning to all vehicle owners to be vigilant when dealing with A1 Assist. This proofs that you the Customer has no choice who must repair your vehicle. Be very careful when signing documents at the accident scheme. When I enquired why my vehicle was moved to another Auto repair shop, they could not answer me. Not once did they return my calls after about 8 of them. Then as solution I thought let me do this myself by collecting and take it through to a choice of my own. Ha, they want R9 000 before releasing the car to me. Now if this is not ******** then I don't know. Well unfortunately if I want to go this route and is not prepared to pay, then it involves legal action. Please learn from my mistakes, it will save you a lot of hassles, believe me. Make an effort to understand the fine print on the towing invoice as it can be very costly. Bottom line here is who the hell gives them the right to send my vehicle to a Panel beaters of their choice. They are clearly in Breach of Contract.
