Third party claim

On the 13 November 2017 I was in an accident on Portland road - the other driver Jermaine a client of Miway was on the wrong & took responsibility as best as he could on the scene A1 ASSIST arrived and calls were made PATRICK the tow truck driver called Miway himself and handed me the phone I spoke to an agent Graime call reference 003 001 who confirmed that Miway covers for a third party vehicle to be towed and also advised that both cars be taken to the same assessment center this was done however yesterday I receive a call from A1 assist inform me that I (keep in mind the victim of this accident) am liable for a bill of R10k for towing and storage of the car and if this is not settle within 60 days my car will be sold - I have not received a call from Miway in regards to my claim I am however greatly inconvenienced by your client who is responsible for the accident & I will be losing my car as well??????? please note that I have an invoice 57966 which does not have an amount on it.
