The worst service of ******

I had an accident with our car on the 26 of July, our car was taken by A1 towing to Renew-it I have been contacting Renew-it since the accident as our car was at their premises as we were sorting claims issues with our insurance, A1 has never even once contacted me until today, and when they did they tell me about our car owing 20k for storage since it was at their premises since the 26th but my car has been at Renew-it since the 26th till the 17 th of August ( video proof) but A1 claims our car was at their premises since the 26 th July and they were ready to move it to another storage where it would have charges added to it and if we fail to pay our car and that the car could be eventually put up for auction, the lady who phoned me was firstly rude and **** and A1 are ******* that Rob people and lie and people should stay as far away from these kind as they ripping people off with their charges worse that they even lie
