Such great service

On 13/12/2015 I unfortunately lost my car keys, extremely frustrated I called my insurance provider to assist with a tow truck as i was not at home.<br> The friendliest, most patient person came around. Because of my frustration I was being extremely rude but he didn't take any of it to heart even once instead helped me to calm down and even offered his cigarettes.<br> I was beyond impressed with this gentleman's service. it really helps when in a situation like mine to have a level headed person who is willing to assist and go the extra mile.<br> thank you so much to Henry, He really is one in a million!<br>
