Greetings<br> <br> I would like to report that my E-Tag was ****** from my car by one of your tow truck drivers. <br> <br> On 9 February 2015 I was in an accident along Ondekkers. Stevie Nel arrived on scene and we phoned MiWay to get approval for him to tow the car. We requested that the car be taken to Auckland Park but later we discovered that it had been taken to Sanrose without our knowledge or permission. <br> <br> We have photos of the car leaving the accident (being towed) and the E-Tag is still there but when the car was checked in at Sanrose, the photos show that the E-Tag is missing.<br> <br> This is completely disgusting! It is absolutely unacceptable that your staff are *****ing from clients! I am completely outraged by this level of service! <br> <br> We have cancelled the E-Tag. <br> <br> I hope this matter will be dealt with and severe consequences will be handed out
