Rude arrogrant ladies

we had the unfortuate experience of meeting with Bianca and Ronel at A1 Assist in Roodepoort, absolutely rude, arrogant and no sympathy for the next human being. gave us a quote for towing and storing our vehicle and then upon enquiries agreed to assist us in fixing our vehicle for only an extra 1600 and two hours later calls to demand an extra 7000. why on earth are these people allowed to rob us poor people
