Misleadiong INformation

I was involved in accident on the 11th of January and in less than no time, there were tow trucks around my car. I then told the driver of the tow truck that I don't have insurance and how would it be if he had to tow my car. He then informed me that the yard charges R350 per day and that I can fetch the car the following day. when I arrived at the storage to inquire about the amount I need to pay, they told me it would be around R9000 because of a number of things like towing fees, storage, etc. I now may lose my car because I was not informed properly and I do not have the money to take it out. Something should be done about this and if there's someone who might assist me in getting my car out as the charges are increasing daily by R300, please let me know
