I want my bumper for my car

Last month I had an accident A1 assist they came to tow my car, it was taken to one of my insurance panel beaters for assessment. For some reason I had to withdraw my claim, but what I can say Is that I am very disappointed in this companies the way they operate. My insurance told me that I'm supposed to go and collect my car from Premier Auto in Selby, but when I get there I was told that my car was moved to A1 assist in roodepoort. I went to A1 assist to fetch my car and I noticed that something is missing which is a bumper, and I did ask the security about it and he told me that they will look for it.On the 19/08/15 I went there to look for it and I spoke to Johan securities Manager and I waited there for 2 hrs. for nothing, he told me that the car came to their premises without a bumper I should go to Premier Auto maybe they have it.The following day I went Premier to look for it and I was told that there is no way they can release a car without a bumper, I ask the proof that shows that the car did left with a bumper but they failed to give me that. I am very angry for both companies cause now they making me a fool. I want my bumper someone bring back my bumper that's it.
