Dishonesty from the tow truck driver

I was in a accident on the 20/02/2015. 1st to the scene was a tow truck driver from A1 Assist named Francois. When he asked who I am insured with I told him New National he assured me that they do fall under their service provider and he can get a call center agent to call me to confirm. He called someone who requested for my cell phone number and contacted me from a private number. being in shock from the accident I took the call and I was advised that the person is from my insurance company and that they do authorize the tow and storage at no chargers. I was unfairly billed by A1 Assist as there is a recovery charge but they did not use special equipment to hook my car up. After a month of fighting with the insurance company for these unfair charges we have noticed that ta agent from my insurance company did not call me. Be aware when a tow truck driver tells you they can get your insurance company to call you as this is not true. I am not the only person this has happened to looking at previous complaints from clients. The drivers from this company **** clients especially when they in shock and seems like the company backs up the dishonesty of their staff. that's ********!!
