Dishonest Tow-truck operator *****s me over

I have been *****ed over by a dishonest tow-truck operator on Saturday afternoon, 10 October 2015.<br> My daughter had an accident when an unlicensed, drunk driver jumped a stop-street and hit her.<br> A-1 Assist Tow-Truck (with Help-U 24 Signs) arrived on the scene in minutes, and offered to tow the vehicle. I initially refused, telling them I would need to get authorization from my insurance. Regrettably I told him who I was insured with.<br> <br> A few minutes later, the operator handed me his phone, and the voice on the other end told me that he had contacted the insurance company, and he had authorization to tow the vehicle. <br> <br> I then asked him where they were towing it to, his response was the Roodepoort Assessment Centre. I asked him why, because I only have fire, theft and 3rd part insurance, and why could they not take it to my home, about 2 Km away. His response was that he had to take it to the centre because the assessor will need to see the vehicle.<br> <br> After 3 days trying to phone them, I got through only to be told the car was in the \pound"";300-00 to release the vehicle!
