CAR TOWED TO INCORRECT PANEL BEATER

My son was involved in an accident in Rand-park Ridge. They insisted the car should be towed as there was water coming from the engine .....?? Somewhere??? I wrote on the contract that they should take it to Auto Gallery In Honeydew. They decided to tow it to Renew It ... WHY ??? No Idea!! I called them to ask why and they said it was an error they would move the car.... on Thursday morning... 27 August. I called on Thursday and Friday and it had no been moved. I spoke to Angelique who said they had no record of the move requested. I asked her to check the contract address request and she said she couldn't look at the contract. I asked her to put me through to their manager , she was in a meeting but would call me back ... well surprise no return call ?? 4 days later still no reply ... 4 days of sitting without a car and another day coming up as they still have not moved the car ... ******* SERVICE !!
