CAR DAMAGES

I was referred to A1 Assist by the repairer to have my car towed to their premises for vehicle inspection, instead of sending a flat-bed tow vehicle A1 Assist sent a sling back truck to have my car towed and little did I know that this would damage my bumper.<br> <br> When we got to the repairer for inspection I realised that the car bumper was damaged, I confronted them and all I could hear was just bad attitude and swearing, they demanded to be paid despite the damages they caused to my vehicle and they would not take responsibility all they said is that the sun rays will iron it out, then after arguing with me I tried to highlight the extent of damages and all they said was that they will fix it free of charge.<br> <br> I then followed up with them and their manager he noted the complaint and said he'll fix the car, but they are no longer answering my calls and to date nothing has been done. Appalling, Disgusting, Zero Customer Service. I would not recommend them to anyone...!!!!!
