<p>I was involved in a car accident in March 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>They were 1st on the scene. Asked me what insurance company I am with. They supposedly called them and gave the phone to me. The authorisation was given and they towed the vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I wanted to collect my car and I had to pay R2500 because the insurancedid not provide any authorisation .no record of any phone call. </p> <p> </p> <p>Went to their offices in Roodepoort and they couldn't two sh... and told me I must do what I need to do.</p>
