BAD SERVICE AND FALSE SERVICE

My Car was in a bad accident and the towing service advised that they had contacted the insurance company and they told them that they could tow the car and all would be okay. When we contact the insurance thay said that they were never contacted. Now we want to get our car out after one day and now they want to charge R8000.00 for one day. They are very rude and now say they never said anything of the sort. These ppl need to be shut down as they are *****ing over the community with their lies.
