BAD EXPERIENCE

I had an accident on 10-03-2015. a woman skipped a stop sign and crashed my car. I called Discovery who authorised A1 Assist to tow my vehicle to SMD only for A1 to take it to their yard. They now want to charge me R11000 for storage, what??? crazy!!! if you ask me. In the process Discovery repudiated my claim saying I skipped a premium.
