Awesome service

<p>My car broke down on the 11th of April 2017 at 2300 between Ventersdorp and Krugersdorp. 2 x A1 Assist Towing vehicles were dispatched by my insurance company to collect my vehicle and trailer. We were driven to the A1 premises in Banfield were my vehicle and trailer were kept until the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>A1 mechanics inspected my vehicle on the 12th and found that the head gasket had blown, the owner immediately tasked two of his personnel to strip the vehicle for repairs. They arranged for the head to be skimmed and checked and to be returned the same day. They also tracked down a replacement gasket in the North of Johannesburg and a driver was sent to collect it. While reassembling the vehicle they found that the radiator had a small leak and they had it repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were waiting in the office while the repairs were being taken care of and during this time the A1 personnel made us feel totally welcome and at home. Transport was arranged for us to go to the bank and a nearby shop for food and when it was clear that the repairs would not be completed on the 12th, arrangements were made for us for accommodation as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 13th of April our vehicle was released, only after the owner was happy that the vehicle was 100% satisfied that we would reach our destination safely.</p> <p> </p> <p>A1 personnel were friendly, professional and helpful at all times and they took the pain out of a very stressful situation as I only took possession of the vehicle on the 11th of April 2017.
