Absolutely Rude and Arrogant ladies

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to deal with Sharon and Ronel from A1 Assist today because they had my sons car at their premises towed incorrectly with authorization from Santam - they refused to release my car until I paid them the R4500 owed to them - they didn't care that it wasn't my fault and started shouting at me and when I asked them not to shout at me they just put the phone down on me - lovely individuals that we have to deal with in this county of ours :-( how they sleep at night with a clear conscious I fail to understand. One day their turn will come on how badly they treat people, and will come two fold - Karma is a ***** as they say!!!!!
