Above and beyond service delivery

Shane Williams from help 24 helped me and my dad after we have been in a car accident, this morning in Weltevreden park, Fairland. He could see my dad was in pain and kept asking if he can get him an ambulance. He kept us calm assist us when we were in a terrible state of shock. He took our phones and spoke to Outsurance to keep us calm. He parked his vehicle behind my damaged car for traffic to see that they need to notice that there was a accident. He arranged for a flatbed to pick up my car as the oppisite drive who hit my car drove so fast he hit and broke my axel of my car. He calmly helped me to fill in the forms and then said to put all my belongings in his vehicle he will escort us to the nearest petrol station and stay there with us until family members arrived. He then took the time to explain to my family what had happened. This person did not have to do all this after working the nightshift but did it anyway, i thought people like Shane did not exist anymore, i truly hope that your employer realise just what an asset you are to his business and that you will be recognised for this feedback.
