danger of using this company for anything

Bertus advertises in the Cormorant news paper at Hartebee****rt. when he arrived i was told of his background at Defy, insurance assessor etc which seemed plausible. my fridge was not working and he said it needed re - gassing which he seemed to then carry out - the charge was R1400.00 which he claimed was R700.00 just for the gas. claimed compressor likely to fail. subsequently it was not working and i had to call in a real expert. the expert examined and in a report said: 1.) system had not been cleaned- gas and physical 2.) dryer tube braised closed 3.) vastly over charged -should have been in the region of R600.00 for full service and gassing 4.) compressor fine and working well In approaching Bertus for refund said not interested -DONT USE HIM even though said i will tackle Cormorant and use hellopeter
