Poor Service - Be Aware!!

Pieter Swart confirmed that he will buy and install our shower rail after our bathroom renovation was done. After numerous calls he notified us that WE must buy the shower rail and he will just come and install it. What a chancer!! This is the service you get after you made all the required payments without him having to ask twice! His quotation is totally incomplete and you can prepare yourself for some "unexpected" amounts that must be made. He does not know the meaning of the words: Complete Project Management" seeing as my husband had to do ALL the project management. And then he still wants US to pay for the promised shower rail!!
