No customer service at all!

Called to enquire about products. Unhelpful! Told I had to come and look. Went to the \shop"and it was like pulling teeth. Had to ask about products instead. Arrived to collect goods on 21st Aug at 15h15 and told that I can only collect after 16h00 as it states on the invoice (which I obviously never saw). I explained to them that I had to still collect other goods and not able to come back. I was told very rudely that I could not take the goods (45 min earlier than supposed to be) otherwise they had to charge me hire for another day. Really?? For 45 minutes earlier? I was also told rudely (by Anita) that they still needed to bubble wrap the props. Not even a suggestion of"
